The Lyman 48th Edition has one page of .45-90 loading data. It includes 385 gr., 400 gr., 500 gr. and 535 gr. bullets.

I don't have a scanner, but if you have a FAX number, I could FAX you the page.

Hope this helps.

If you want to PM me your address, I'll mail all the data I've got for the .45-90. I have manuals dating back to when I first started reloading in 1963.

I have a new Shiloh Sharps 45-90 and need an accurate load using 5744 and 500 gr, RN cast, and 300 gr. jacketed bullet, GeorgeL

GeorgeL: Start at 25 gr for either bullet and work your way up until you can't stand it any more.

With 500 gr boolits you will give up long before it becomes dangerous.

I would also look at a Lyman 49 and a new Lyman Cast Boolit Manual.
