Anyone out there that can machine out the beveling at the bottom of each bullet cavity in my mold ?? I can send it right to you. Just give me a cost. I never did like Beveled bottom bullets. Flat bottoms are better suited for me. Thanks, Kevin

Hollow Point Bullet Mold Service (http://www.hollowpointmold.com/)

Use this link, what you are asking is one of his specialties. His work is second to no one, he has done several different mold mods for me and each was perfection.

If you are the least bit handy, you can trim it out with a pen blade or exacto knife, the aluminum is VERY soft, it will curl right off with a sharp blade. Then finish with 600 grit paper on a dowel.
I read here of someone else doing it, so I tired it on my 2x TL 358 158, it worked like a charm.
Should be MUCH easier to get at with a 6x mold, put the halves in a vise and have at it.
Mine now cast at 160gr. using straight WW's.
I had my dowel in a drill and slowly closed the mold down on it.

Buckshot or JIMinPHX may be able to help you out. There maybe a few others I'm not thinking about.

Hey there Kevin, I'm a machinist. I have a milling machine at my disposal and I would be happy to help you out. That is, if you are willing to pay shipping both ways. Shoot me a PM and well discuss the particulars. I may even have a reamer that will make short work of those pesky chamfers.
