I can't pull the trigger on a Ranch Dog 432-350 purchase without knowing if this boolit design can be pan lubed and deliver accuracy with conventional lubes such as White Label's BAC or 2500+. Can anyone help out? A friend offered to loan me his 432-265 but the difference in length between this boolit and the 350 is night & day. Also, RD is getting low on 350 molds and knowing something about Lee's production record infers the next batch of 350's may be a long time comin'.

How 'bout lubing them in a Lyman 450 with X-Lox 2500+?

Thank you,
MJ

FWIW; I have the 432-265. I pan lub about 50% of my bullets and for my shooting (casual, low to mid .44 Magnum loads, two handguns and one carbine).I've used xlox for TL, and Carnuba Red and Speed Green for heavier loads. The major diff. is smoke. My pan lube bullets may have a slight edge in accuracy, but I haven't done a thourough side by side test, yet. Leading is low to nuttin' in all 5 of my .44 Magnums with either lube.

So, is your 432-265 actually dropping .433" boolits in WW metal?
