I think somewhere on this forum someone mentioned a tool for expanding tight primer pockets a hair. I have a fair amount of Win brass for 9mm and those primer pockets are definitely tighter than the other 5 brands I have. I'd like to do something with them to make them more user friendly. Any suggestions on what to use would be most appreciated.

I use the Dillon Super Swager to remove military crimps, best device I have found to date for that, I don't see why it cannot open the primer pockets a bit.

For a cutting tool, I use a K&M primer pocket tool with a hand drill, http://www.kmshooting.com/catalog/primer-pocket-correction-tools/small-rifle_pistol-primer-correction-tool.html this will cut the pocket to depth and increase the pocket width. A little bit.

I use the RCBS primer pocket swage tool on all new lots of brass. This makes sure all my primer pockets are uniform.
