Hi:
I just picked up this mould, and my search did not find any discussions in the forums. I'm hoping to use the flat point - round nose boolits, sized .359 for moderate loads in both my Marlin MG 1894 .357 and in my M-19. Does anyone have any experience especially with feeding in the 1894 using .38 Spl or .357 Mag brass?
The design "looks" like it should feed even in a .357 casing. I'm asking because I've had poor feeding with the more common SWC designs unless they are loaded in .38 Spl brass. BTW, I'm using about 16:1 alloy, air cooled, and loading in the neighborhood of 6.5 gr Unique. Thanks for any comments. -Ed
