38-55 Wincester model 94. Canadian Centinial

Well I really missed one day before yesterday. I was at a local gun shop in showlow Arizona only about 18 miles from my home. The shop owner was selling a 38-55 Canadian Centinial 24 or 25" round barrel for some guy that needed the money. The price was $435.00 he was holding it for someone that was comming back with the money. The rifle was in excelant condition the owner claimed it was unfired, and the bore look like it. That old story a day late or a doller short. Well I had the money but was a day late.

Cherry's has a few Canadian cenntenials in 32 special and maybe a 38-55. I just bought a Canadian cennential for my 65th birthday. Unfortunately after I clean it, slug the bore back in the box it goes until that fateful day. This one has a 26" long octagon bbl and I really like the way it just hangs. Frank
