03-A3 with WC860

The only thing I load WC860 with is 7mm Rem mag...it burns way too slow for my other calibers and leaves alot fo "guff" behind. What kind of bullet are you pushing with it ?.

Written on the target is 150gr FMJ.

Are you getting alot of unburnt ball powder ?. I used to have alot of WC852 and if I kept it on the hot side it worked well with 7,92 154 gn bullets and 30 cal 152 gn bullets in bolt rifles. M1's did'nt like the WC852 unburnt residue. I've not had a problem with the 860 in the belted mags and at generally 75gns a round it's cost effective in the belted mags with no unburnt residue. I would assume in 30 -06 the WC860 would burn too slow with alot of residue ?.
