Made from old Ice Cream machine motor. Use walnutshells from pet store for half the price. Tumble 90 mins per load of brass. nice and clean ready for cast bullets.

I've been working the Ronco hard the last couple of weeks I a few hundred pounds of range brass and was tumbling 1000 .40 S&W, 9MM, and .45 ACP or 500 .38 Special at a time.

It never complained once.

I moved up from a 2 barrel Harbor Freight to "Bertha".
It is 3 coffee cans, in an old kitchen cabinet.
Per the spouse, it was "f _ _ _ _ _ _ loud".

I installed ceiling tiles internal and external to the cabinet with some 2 in. thick green foam.
It now sounds like an AC unit in a hotel room (white noise level).

Pictute 1 - Open w/3 barrels (coffee cans)
Picture 2 - Garage Door Bearings
Picture 3 - Closed and in operation

The entire operation is driven by a Craftsman Drill picked up at Good Will for $10.00.

Oh, buy the way I can turn 1800 9mm cases in 6 hours with a mirror finish,

Welcome to the :cbpour: site!!!![smilie=s:

Great Ideas & use of gray matter ,but we spell castbullets differently over here , it`s cast boolits !!!! :kidding: it`s just on some forums we catch a bit of fall out spellin bullets (boolits)

I built 1 to roll 2 5gal buckets 1 time , but sold it to a gun club , wish I`d took pics but did`nt

I cleaned my brass for 15 years with an old electric ice cream maker laid on the side, the paddle removed and the hole plugged. Worked just fine for me.
