The bores are large, but these are pretty wimpy compared to most.

I built these two guns from Saiga-410 shotguns. One is chambered in 375 JDJ and the other 444 Marlin. Magazines are available in 4, 10, and 15 shot capacity. I shot a decent buck in Wyoming with the .375 a couple of years ago.

Very cool. Never had much use for an AK rifle but if they were chambered in 444 marlin I might be tempted.

That's pretty sweet, they are ugly as sin itself though.

Best use of an AK in 410 I've seen

BTW, a 375 JDJ and the 9.5 X 56.7 M-S are virually identical except for the rim. You can neck the 444 down to form the 9.5 R for actions working better with a rim such as the M-N.

I've always said a nice AK in 45-70 rimless would be nice! It could be called the AK-45-70! Nice to have a carbine with a detachable box mag throwing 405gr. slugs downrange!

It's called the .458 SOCOM.

pretty cool. i have been working on a 375 JDJ rimless....which is pretty much just a 9.5x57 Thinking about chambering in a bolt action but a semi auto would be cool too. An AR-10 or M1A might work if using shorter bullets for caliber.

I must say that I always thought the .410 AK's were as much use as a chocolate teapot but I now have to re-evaluate that opinion.
