It would probably be precious to whoever owns the revolver it was originally fitted to. Anybody else will likey have to pay someone to fit it to function correctly in their revolver.

I've seen a few go for 50.00, seen some listed for 100 but they seem to stay listed or the owner pulls post. HTH

I agree, but it appears that the original gun is long gone. It is of an estate liquididation.

Put it on an auction sight for a penny nr and see how much its worth.

I'd guess 50.

I sold here a 9mm cylinder for $75 shipped if I recall correctly.

Probably won't be fitted for any other gun, so less valuable that to the original gun owner.

BUT - it probably can be fitted to another, and just might fit as is, so it is definitely not
worthless.

A friend once pointed out that something is worth EXACTLY what the highest bidder is
willing to pay. Good luck, and somebody will likely be very happy to have it.

Is it a New Model or an Old Model cylinder?

45 ACP cylinders for the Old Model 3 screws sell for over a $100, hell, they give $15 for the red bag and/or the original box, so one like you're describing would probably bring $125-35, if an OM. A New Model one is quite a bit less as you can still get one fitted from Ruger, so maybe $50-75, also depends on whether it's a blue or stainless one; Old Models only came in blue. But, it has to fit the cylinder frame that it's going into, so the right overall length is needed. This can be lengthened with a gas ring strecher, or shortened if needed to a small degree. There's other things to consider, like barrel/cylinder gap of the installed cylinder, but this can also be adjusted.
