Got it 'regulated'!

Several years ago I read a book about the 'Ole Timers' on the High Plains of Texas shooting the heads off of gobblers with their Sharps and barrel sights and my intentions were to do that this coming Fall in Kansas but as it turns out Kansas only allows turks to be taken with Archery tackle or shotgun so that does away with my plans; guess I'll just have to settle for a good whitetail buck and be satisfied. I took the tang/globe sights off the C. Sharps 50 2 1/2 a while back and have just been shooting that through a few sessions. As I changed the front sight blade recently I've had to 'regulate' the front to get the windage centered up. This is a target I shot this morning from 100 yds. using a KAL 650 gr. PP bullet and 100 grs. of KIK 2F powder. I used a BM lube cookie of .350" thickness and F210M primers. Fired 11 shots...one sighter that was a 9 and then I tapped the front sight right a tat and shot this group. Started out holding the top of the front blade at 6 o/clock and got 2 slightly high shots and then I dropped down and used a slight line of white to get into the X. I think I've got this dude 'regulated'!! Target is a 25 yd. pistol target. Dang KIK powder just won't shoot!!:veryconfu[smilie=w:

Was this wiping or blowtubing between shots or did grease cookie
make this string doable without wiping or blowing between shots ?

Was wiping! I had a GC of .350" Black Magic lube installed however! I could have fired all 11 shots without wiping but I believe best tgt accuracy comes with wiping....whether GC or not!;)
