I recently came across a 3 lbs. chunk of Low 203 Cad Free alloy. The composition is: Bismuth 52.5%//Lead 32%//Tin 15.5%. If I can find a use for it I may be able to get more of it from time to time. From what I can figure from searching old threads I think the Bismuth and Tin would lower melt temperature and harden the alloy but I'm not too sure. Any ideas or experience on alloying this with WW's or pure lead?

I am jealous of your acquisition. Yes, start out using this at 5 percent with WW. Make boolits air dried, and then some freeze dried (water drop). Measure what you can. Please report back. ... felix

Thanks felix, I'll keep you posted. Casting weather starts around October and this will be one of my first projects.
