Saeco ingots

I tested these ingots with a 4H pencil and they're harder than that. That's the hardest pencil I have. Any idea how hard they are just my the name? The ingots are maybe half a pound. Looks like they're over 21 BHN.

Saeco makes a cast iron ingot mold, so the lead could be anything.
Sounds like they could be lino or monotype from your measurements.

I usually use Saeco, Lyman and RCBS 1 pound ingot moulds to make 1/2 pound lino ingots by only filling them half full.
