Got my new mold yesterday and she looks like a winner to me :) Lee 6 banger 456-190 SWC :drinks:
2712
The ones in front are as cast and the ones in back are run thru the sizeing die, got to check the weight on them yet and load a few to take to the range and see how they shoot :)

Icer, that should be just fine. That's pretty close in weight, and in a pistol, you will never see any difference. I wish all my bullets were so consistant!

Might not even have to size them, depending on as cast diameter and whether loaded rounds will chamber in your cylinder OK.

Drew, I just looked as well. I think it should be 452-190-SWC, by looking at the above picture...Ray

My bad, 452 is correct, and yes they shoot and load very nicely into both my 45's and hit the target as well as I can shoot them, I need more practice hehe

Problem is that my sons 4 5/8 BH NEEDS 454. He bought it used and some one had gone too far with honing out the cylinder.
I have the RCBS 45 230 CM that sizes to 454 and it shoots great out of it, but to keep him and his wife in enough boolits with a double banger keep me real busy. A 6 holer would be real nice. (I also shoot this same bullet in 45 ACP in a S&W 625)
I keep watching the group buys for something in the 260gr range (or less would be nice).
I will just keep watching.
Thanks guys!
Drew
