I get a lot of blowback into the action of my Burgess rifle from black powder loads so I decided to strip it for a thorough clean. There are no stripping hints in the user manual so I have written my own set, incorporating an exploded diagram and parts list. Stripped to the major components the action looks like this:

The lever and toggle link just pulls out through the carrier but beware of the detent ball and spring waiting to jump out at you.
