Newbie to Saeco Lube Sizer with a ?

How do you keep lube off the base of the bullet as it exits the sizer? There is just a hint if lube on the base. Do I have it adjusted wrong or is there a certain technique or do I just have to wipe each bullet's base before loading?

Flat or bevel base?

Wipe them on a paper towel. You will usually get some on a GC boolit. PB typically don't need a wipe. It will take a while to learn the lube and adjust the heat and pressure to the optimum level.
