Those are for half jacketed 30 carbine bullets, like long gas checks.

Corbin, Sierra, and Berger all sell .30 jackets, although they're not always in stock.

And never inexpensive...
I am waiting for BT to offer one of two things (or both).
A die set to reduce 9mm brass down to .30 jackets.
A service to take 9mm brass down to .30 jackets (he has demonstrated the feasibility already).
looks like a range of 140 to 160 grain is possible?
I have a bunch of junk 9mm brass...

Spanners, there arn't any 30 cal jackets out there other than the ones listed above and none of them are cheap. All about 15 - 17 cents apiece.
One thought for you though. I see you just got a hydro press. That is the perfect set up to make your own! Depending on your intended use, hunting/target, you can make them out of copper sheet or tubing.

BT Sniper is making dies to form jackets from copper tubing, and Ammosmith has some videos on Youtube detailing that process. That might be something to consider.

I went through the dies the press came with and what was bagged as a lead tip former, is actually a jacket forming die :D
The set seems to be missing the trim die and another doohicky thing, and has a bunch more of whatsits with it too.
I think jacket making is really just more hassle than what its worth though....

I guess you will just have to wait for the bullet jacket fairy to leave a bunch under your pillow if buying them is too expensive and making them is too much trouble!
