Any of you know what a case kicker is ? Any idea where spare case ejector springs can be found. RCBS is out of these parts and the case kicker has not been made for 20 yrs.

I love my Case kicker! the spring should be able to be made from the black banding metal used to bundle 2x4s. The proper thickness feeler guage stock should work also. If you need dimensions I can measure mine.

Was hoping to find old stock replacement spring. I will fall onto the banding material option if need be. A friend does that already

My spring broke yesterdat, I plan to solder an extension to reuse it or make a block with a set screw to hold it in place. The place mine broke is where the hole was drilled through. Do you have the old spring?

My spring wore out on the little lip that rubs on the ram and over shell holder. Its got a hole in it and hangs up now.

Try mending it with a blob of soft solder.

I made a new spring from a piece of broken cheap band saw blade from Harbor Freight. I used a bench grinder to remove the teeth and a regular drill bit was able to drill the hole. I used a pair of pliers to bend the angles. I tried it out a couple of times and it seems to work fine.
I have a few broken blades if you want a piece.
