Has anyone tried cast bullets in the SR9c? If so, how did they work out?

158! wow. I am surprised that so many folks here go so heavy on 9mm. Glad to know it runs cast well. What's yours slug to, bigbore?

the only reason for such a heavy slug is that is what I cast for my wife she uses the new vaquero. If I keep the gun I am planning on picking up a 125gr mold from lee for the .357

I haven't shot mine all that much yet, but it shoots well with the Lee 358-125 RF. No feeding, funcioning issues, and I haven't experienced much if any leading with 1-15 alloy, and sized to .358. ( had some sized like that, and they chambered OK so I tried them) I've only shot it from the rest once, but I got a couple of sub 2" groups at 25 yeards that day. It probably won't do that every time, or on demand with me shooting anyway, but it has potential anyway, and surprised me out of such a small gun.

Thanks for the replies. I'm just getting into casting my own, and didn't know if the SR9C was a candidate for cast bullets. Sounds like it has good potential.
