A friend who i'm doing some casting for came over today to pick up his 'boolits', left me with about 1200 38 brass and about a 100lbs of lino, 5 pigs, one was different as it had raised lettering from the mold. It said "This ingot is not to be sold' Mold No# (no#), Patent 2083815 (I think those are the #'s) was a little beat up. What really got to me was "Made in America" stamped on it, just don't see that much anymore or not at all. I was sure it was virgin lino so I cast a few bullets and did a hardness check, brinel came out at about 28, so I figure I got a 20lb stick of 'mono', made my day. It's all in little ingots now.
