i got it for the handles but i kinda like the blocks too ,,,can someone tell me what firearm i have to buy now so i can justify buying it to my wife?
i always tell her " mold first then the firearm later":twisted::mrgreen::twisted:
is it lyman ,, t/c ,,rcbs,, or some nondescript mold maker nobody has ever heard of ? it looks pretty old or well used .
anyhoo for 22 bucks shipped (from canada) i don't think i got stiffed even if i never use it,.
i have a sprg 1873 trap door but i don't know if it will be any good for the 45-70, heck i don't know,,, it just looks cool.:coffeecom

yeppers maxi bullet for muzzleloader. Just have to measure it for caliber. im sure the code means something on the side of the block. probably tell ya cal.

if i can get it to drop 458-459 ,will it be a problem in my trapdoor (age of firearm and metalic strength taken into consideration,, pressures e.c.t.)?
it,ll be fun to try.

I can't see it being a problem. Might not shoot to well but don't hurt to try. I actually shot some Lee REALs in my 45 auto and they shot pretty good.
