Weaver scope repair

I have a Weaver 1.5-4.5 scope that I purchased here on the classifieds that needs repair. Upon recoil the image gets distorted and then returns to normal. Through this it still remains zeroed. Something is obviously loose and needs repair.

Does anyone know who can repair this scope, it is one of my favorites?

I hope this is the best sub-forum for this as I did not see one for optics only. Edit: I have found a couple of places with some searching but I would still like to have some recommendations from forum members.

parson's scope repair was handlin' weaver repairs. don't have address but should be easy enough to google it up.

The last I checked the Parson website was not active. Tried again today and the site came up.

Parsons site states they do NOT work on Weaver.

We principally work on all externally-adjusted scopes, spotting scopes, some foreign-made scopes, most any vintage scope and antique telescopes. The only German scopes we work on are Weatherbys. We do NOT work on Tasco, Simmons, Bushnell or any Japanese-made scope. We do NOT work on Weaver, Leupold or most Redfields.
