Has anyone used the Bar Solder SN100C, (SnCu.7Ni)mostly of tin with trace amounts of copper(.7%) and Nickel Ni .05%, has some other things but the percentage is so small may not have to worry about, Zn is listed as being a max of .001%? Looks to be a great deal of tin, may have lead to over 100#.

I would treat it as pure tin.
How much is it going to cost you?

Tin is going for $18 / lb on rotometals.

If you can get it for $2, buy all they have. You could resell any extra you have here immediately if priced right.

It is going to cost me more, but I'm taking the 125# in the original unopened boxes, One box sells for $ 600.00 for 25 # from manufacturer. I can always sell as solder

I've often bought solder on eBay - my bogey is $10/lb of Sn, delivered. Thus, 20 pounds of 90% Sn solder would be worth $180 to me, and would sweeten 900 pounds of WW's.

(I usually bought in smaller quantities...)
