RCBS Rockchucker Supreme Priming Issue

I just got my new RCBS Rockchucker Supreme allong with the new priming assembly a couple of weeks ago. I am having issues when priming as the shellholder and cases are being pulled from the ram. The shell holders seem to go into the ram real hard but are pulling out with very little force. Anyone else having this problem? Any fixes?

It may be that the spring clip, that keeps the shell holder in place, is not installed correctly or doesn't have enough tension.

I'm not. Shell holders and rams and springs really aren't very complex devices. ??

It snaps in real hard, but pulls out way to easy. I have a email out to RCBS. Like you said this is not a complex thing.

Take the spring clip out/off and see if the shellholder is still hard to slip in place. Then go from there.
