170gr. Lee 6.5 Boolit

Just got the Mold for the Lee 6.5 170 grainer. Quite a looker, and hope to cast some befor the new year. Have a pair of 6.5x55's with excellent bbls. Am looking for recommendations for starting loads with this boolit in a vol range between
1250 and 1500 fps. Thanks in advance to all who answer this thread.

I got one of these when someone mentioned it here months ago. Good lookin bullets. Haven't used it yet. Maybe I should have got a couple. They are limited production and would go on ebay for $100/

................34-36.0grs surplus WC860 or 872. Or go with 45 2.1's suggestion, it works too. NIce slug. SHould be able to penetrate a telephone pole longways :-)
