There are probably other threads on this but I just wanted to see a couple good sized ones as I am just starting out and haven't smelted yet I probably have half a bucket of range lead and in a month I'll pick up a bucket of ww please show storage containers and such If you make something special to move around the lead

Using the search feature for the word STOCKPILE in the Lead and Lead Alloys section yields the following results, no need for ANOTHER stockpile thread.

I might be inclined to agree with you bumpo, we are all a bunch of bragarts, proud of our lead stash and reloading bench buried under three projects (2 of them we started last year).

I went out to the garage to take a picture of my stash and I caught a danged old alchemist who had broken in through the side door and was changing all my lead into gold.

I grabbed him by the beard and made him change it all back. Then I threw him out and told him never to return.

Wait a minute...:confused:

I guess I should have told him just don't touch the linotype...

This was second go on some range lead. About 60 lbs in one batch. Whole stash is around 800 or so but only about 150lbs refined so far.
