I picked up one of these yesterday since I live close to this store. It is a very nice lower receiver and well thought of throughout the AR building community. Even with tax and the background check fee ($25 in NV) it was less that $115 out the door.
Aero Precision is actually the manufacturer not just a roll mark. I have read they make the lowers for Spike's and Armalite.
