Wife and girls just got back from "Ladies Chocolate Night" at church. Wife won grand prize of 1 hour massage.
I sent chocolate covered bacon.
Thick cut bacon, cut in two and baked in 350 degree oven until crisp. Let cool between paper towles to wick away some of the grease.
Semi-sweet chocolate melted in a double boiler, dip bacon about 2/3 length in melted chocolate, lay on parchment paper to harden.
They didn't bring any back!
Now I gotta go make me some.
