Original RCBS LAM question?

I cleaned up my used LAM and got a free handle yoke from RCBS. The original was welded. Very happy with RCBS at this time.

It appears to be complete and everything works.

My question regards the small piece of tubing that fits over the lube plunger screw. It appears to just be a spacer to keep the plunger from seating too deep. Do I have this right?

It has been so long since I had mine empty that I had to look at the .pdf file to make sure of my answer; but yes, RCBS calls it a "lube plunger spacer." All it does is keep you from crewing the plunger in too deep.

I think I found the .pdf file on RCBS's website a few years ago.
