:coffee: ----I have been loading the 7.5x55 without sizing the cases-No full length or neck sizing----Just knock out primers and reload---also skip the M die --not needed--seems to be working out---I think it is easier on the brass--- Maybe i will find I will have to full length size once in a while ---so far good to go----Mag

That works with the .311" boolits in my K-31 (though I do slightly flare the case mouths.) But with .308" bullets, if I don't size the necks the bullets can easily be finger-moved in the necks, and only the crimp holds them in, not a desirable condition. I'm going to try sizing to .308" when my sizing kit for that size gets here, because my chamber steps off with a perfectly square shoulder to exactly .308", no taper. Then the rifling starts. The boolit shaves down to .308", then gets squeezed from there.

That's what the guy yelled into the 15th floor window when he fell off the 60th floor roof. :-D

You just knock out the old primmer and put a new one in then reload with .311 CB? Think I will try if it is any more accurate it will be putting them in one hole!

Yeah, that works. Does shave, rather than squeeze, the boolit from .311" to .308", but they still shoot quite well.
