Seen a single stage Lachmiller press for 12 gauge. Would this work to load all brass shotshells?

Yes it will, the 707 or the 400 press. The 400 is a little stronger press but both will do the job. I had them.
They are set up for the 1-1/4 x 18 thread but they came with a bushing for the 7/8x14 threads.

I forgot to say that you will need a roll crimp die with 1-1/4x18 threads.
