I'd like to sell my powder which I no longer use but don't know if it's legal since it's an explosive. What say y'all ? Is it legal?

Legal yes - shipping is another matter... best if you can find a local buyer usually

Is it black powder? If not its not an explosive, its a solid flamable propellent. It gets shipped all over creation in the lower 48 so it must be lagal.

I am pretty sure the BP distributers in the lower 48 do ship BP via UPS.
If you could ship it here I would buy it.
Where are you and how much do you have. It could be barged to Anchorage and picked up there. I am completely out of BP at the moment.
That smooth talkin fella from Fairbanks talked me outa all mine.

Shipping BP is a federal offense unless you have a lic to do such. Selling localy is not an issue. I know, we had FFFFg shipped by accident to our local gun shop the dealer could not ship it back. Even though it is only a flamable Solid, not classed as an explosive. He does not have a lic to ship BP.
