6.5 x 55 Ruger

Just picked up a Ruger #1 in 6.5 x 55 Swede. Cast a few this moring with a 266645 Lyman mould and I also have a 268469 mould, but haven't cast any with it yet.

Never loaded this round before, anyone have any hints on what a Swede like this might like using the 266645 boolit. Looks like about 160ish gr.

Try 19.5 ~ 21.5 grains of AA-1680 or WW-680. I've used both the Lyman and RCBS 6.5 boolit with pretty much equal accuracy and it was excellent. I used a standard primer and being a ball powder, the 1680/680 meters very nicely. No filler but I did hold each round upright to position the powder the same for each shot.
