Aluminum molds

I picked up some molds at an estate sale saturday that have a little oxidation on them. I think they have gotten wet. What is the best way to clean them up, and is there anything to treat them with that needs to be done.
These are large fishing weight molds, so it will not be nesr as particular as boolit molds. THANKS

I use brakleen or citrus cleaner and then lots of clean water to rinse.

Polish with 0000 fine steel wool---I have used this on a few Lee molds--works very nicely...
