Oops...

This morning I realized that I had left some boolits in the toaster oven for over 12 hours (hate to see the electric bill). I had water quenched a whole slew of 30 Carbine boolits (WWs) and had placed them in the oven to dry. Oven temp was between 200-225f.

From what I have read hardening of WW alloy is usually done at temps over 400f. Have a created a superhard boolit, softened my WQ'd boolit, or just have some really dry boolits that are ready to be tumble lubed? Dont have a hardness tester to check this out.

All you have is dry WQ boolits. 225F won't heat treat or soften your boolits.
Also, I don't think the process is additive, that is, WQ + HT will not be harder than HT only, given equal circumstances of HT.

Are they hard?

You've probly annealed them, though annealing usually is done at 300 F. The long time may work to anneal, or it might accelerate age hardening. Easy way out - heat treat them again. put one in the oven at 475 degrees for one hour , if it doesn't melt or slump, you might be good to go. If not, reduce temp 25 degrees and try again.
