Have any of y'all ever tried this method? The Lee method uses thin paper (rolling paper I think). Aluminum foil sounds like a more long term solution. I have a Lee 325 grain .476 mold thats dropping 1/1000 under. I might give it a try.

Here we call it "Beagling" because Beagle introduced us to it, using very thin aluminum sheet metal tape (I think it is). There is probably a better description and directions in Castpics. ( http://www.castpics.net/RandD/mould_enhancement/mould_enhancement.htm ) There are other articles and reference material there as well that you will find useful.
