have a 9mm barrel that needs some attention. I have decided that I will try fire lapping. I have the tubbs final finish system and was sondering what you guys would suggest to load the 102gr lead 9mm bullets with? It needs to be as low pressure as possible, just enough to get the bullet out of the barrel.
The powders I have on hand that may be suitable are Power Pistol and American Select. Any suggestions?

Ive only used Bullesey or Tight Group! with those powders start around 1.5 to 2.0 of either powder . you will have to manually cycle the slide after every shot

I have grown to like Trailboss for fire lapping. Easy to ignite with low charges, bulky enough to fill case pretty weep to reduce double charge potential. The powder also does well at the low pressures we want for lapping.
