So I've blasted away with a hundred or so Lee WCs over 2.7 of Bullseye and I am really happy with the results. The gun feels great and shoots like a house on fire. Such a great, practical walkabout revolver.

Really nice piece. Nothin at all wrong with a S&W.

Send it to me for " an adequate evaluation " , I'll keep it ( for a long time ), then
I'll give my " review " on it.

Very nice ! !

That is one fine looking piece sir! Nice to see S&W classic revolvers still being appreciated.

I can reliably print 1" at 12 yds right now with a Lee TL wadcutter moving at a scorching 700ish fps. I'm sure I can tighten it up even more with more trigger time. I loaded up some full house Lil'Gun loads in 357 brass and didn't like them nearly enough. I'm probably just going to shoot it as a 38, as it'll do everything from rabbit and grouse duty to whitetail dispatch.

NICE!

Nothing says that 357 cases can't get 38 Special load intensities installed. More than half of my MagRev cases are so loaded.

I have a Colt Police Positive x 4" in 38 S&W that gets used a LOT for desert-bumming duties. Even at modest velocities, Lyman #358477 exacts a toll on jackrabbits. At 700-725 FPS, they go right where the fixed sights are looking.

What S&W needs to do with this concept is add 327 Federal to its caliber list.

I always wanted to try one of those out, but have never actually seen one in the flesh so far. Seems like it would be a perfect little utility gun. Congrats!
