Got alittle bored today so I decided to cast up afew bullets for my 38 S&W 640. Bought a NEI mold in the late 80, 153Gr TC ...I like loading it with 4.0gr of unique for plinking.......
But it just plain nice to have in your pocket when your in THOSE" hoods[smilie=1: You just can't get a CCW in this state(PRI) as I call it.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v292/PDshooter/Guns/06001.jpg

NICE photos, PD. I sure wish I could shoot a J-frame S&W worth a hoot, but they and I don't mesh--at all. Now, a Colt D-frame.....those I can manage! Sure would like to find a good-shape late-series Detective Special.....I would rate that as a most-favored Pocket Gatling, for certain.

Had one of those for a long time, had to sell it during a bad part of my life. Now I have a 642 with a Barami Hip-Grip on it, and my ever faithful model 60. I don't think you can have too many J-frames!

Now, saying that, I just found a used Colt DS down the road for $200! It's tempting, but my HouseHold 6 will squash that idea with a quickness!
