This is for a kind of breaded garlic chicken. We eat it all the time.

1/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic
3/4 cup italian seasoned dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 large chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Crush and chop garlic cloves fine.

Add garlic to olive oil and heat on low, stirring.

Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl.

Dip chicken breasts in olive oil, and then dip in the bread crumb mixture.

Place on glass pan, and mix remaining crumbs with olive oil and place on chicken.

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. (Some reason my oven cooks em in 30 minutes, so be careful.)

Sounds like a great plan for a nice comparably sized tender cut of venison also . . .

Less cooking time though probably for medium rare

Anybody (besides scottiemom and Jim [smilie=s: ) give this a try yet?

I'm eager to hear how it tastes on venison.
