.38-55 loads

I am loading for a Marlin Cowboy .38-55; Saeco 300 gr. flat point sized to .379. When crimped in the crimping groove it chambers fine. The problem is I can't find any loading data anywhere for 300 gr. bullets. Can anyone help?

Shure.... Use the starting loads for the 270 grains bullets and work up.
