Should work well for deer. 50/50 Lead/WW air cooled over 22.0gr of H-110 with CCI 350 primers. I think for the next loading, I will seat and crimp in separate steps to keep from marking the boolits with the seater plug. Of course I was standing on the crimp a bit to ensure they don't creep on me.

Are the crimp grooves shallow like mine?

D@mn I like that mold. Don't forget to show us how they expand in media or game when you get pictures.

yeah that I thought was a concern
but I have not had a single issue to date with the
grooves or the boolit movin'

what kinda die set ya using????
I took the seating stem out of my Redding
and filled it with (of all things)lead...
now I don't get any reshaped boolit noses

RCBS Carbide set. I may need to change my stem to the rounded one and see if it gets better. The ring doesn't bother me too much and I know that I can seat them all with the die backed out then come back and back the seater out and crimp in another step and do away with it.
