That looks like a rotor for a Bonanza "Bullsey" Pistol Powder Measure. There should be a number on the end that tells you how much it will throw of Bullseye when in the measure. What is the #, I would be interested in the rotor and any others you may have. PM me.

It also looks very similar to the ones for my Bair. You'd have to post dimensions to be sure.

IMO its a bonaza pistol measure brass rotor ! had one years ago

Also looks like the ones for my little Pacific pistol measure.

Edit: Whoops.......scratch that! The knurled portion on my drums is not raised like that one.
