For my next project, I'm rolling around the idea of making a Single six in .38 Super. That said, I have a few questions about the .32 Single Six before I buy one...

How long is the cylinder?
What's the cylinder diameter?
What's the cylinder wall thickness to the outside of the cylinder?
What's the cylinder wall thickness between chambers?
What's the diameter of the ratchet on the rear of the cylinder?

Thanks in advance for your help...

Hrmmm..... based on those measurements, it would be doable except for the outside chamber wall thickness, thus requiring a custom cylinder. Which is beyond the scope of this project.

Thanks for your help.

Yeah it's pretty thin there. not only that but there isn't much room in the frame for a larger diameter cylinder.

The ejection port must be lined up with very little leeway to get a clean ejection. I'm not sure it would be doable with out some serious file work.
