I am looking for a good mould for my .41 Magnum bullets, something in the way of a Keith style semi wadcutter around 210-215 grains. Any ideas or numbers?

Hard to beat Lyman 410459 plain base or 410610 for a gas checked boolit.

Theres a couple of group buys going on at this time you might check them out at Group Buys
page.

The RCBS 41-210-SWC has always performed exceptionally well in my .41s over the years.

you can go to mountain Mold and design one you like --he offers the original and the sensible Keith--his work is excellent

A good choice for a current factory mold. They always cast well.

+2 on the RCBS -- they make good stuff -- nose was to short in my eyes but they cast well and were accurate

BRP makes the .410- 220 gr Keith in a 4-5 cavity mould.

Do you have a link? I get tired of bidding on the Lyman modls I find on flea-bay.

David, the rcbs Part # 82038 (Lyman#41028) is a .41-210-KT. It is listed as a 210 gr. It does have a round lube grove and a driving band that could be longer IMO. Cast from range lead and loaded over 17.5 gr. of 2400 they shot extremely well out of mu S&W 57 6" duty revolver! You do get a large fire ball in low level light though. I used this load in the old "California Combat League" in the late 70s early 80s and held my own against .38 sp, 9mm and .45 acp shooters.
The current bullet may be better or worse. I have not seen a new one. But that is my 2 cents worth.

BRP makes great molds, has wonderful customer service and has very good turn around time. The Keith may be what you are after and he has one as noted however don't overlook his 640 series designs as they are proven accurate boolits as well and has been added to his collection due to demand of people looking for our own forum member's 45 2.1 designs. I shoot the BRP 453640 HP in my 45 revolver and 45 auto with excellent accuracy.

+2 on Mountain Molds. I just received mine in the mail 2 weeks ago and I'm very impressed with the quality. It's a phenomenal mold and it's designed around MY GUN by ME which is a serious plus.

There isn't a manufacturer in business that makes a mold like it.
