Anybody try the Lyman 31159 bullet in the SKS rifle? I have this mold on hand and wondering if it will work. I also have an RCBS 30-150.

midway states this should work you may want to slug your barrel the yugo barrels are usually .312 ...i would load it and see how it shoots , i would shoot it unsized ..

Don't know about a SKS but, they do fine in a CZ-527.

THe mold is just fine for the SKS. I have used the mold before for my SKS when I owned a SKS. It threw out at .312 and weighed around 120gr with the gascheck and lube.

Lost the mold due to theft by a moving company a few years back. put a claim in, got paid for it but never got around replacing it (switched to using LEE's 155gr Boolit for my SKS and 7.62x39 chambered Mauser).

It was a nice mold. Filled nicely and dropped easily.

I'd buy one again if I could find a nice used one.
