My canon barrel is being cast at the local foundry as I write this. I'll post some pics when I get it and perhaps we can brow beat some carriage plans. Problem with canukistan as I have said before is that we lack, and a wagon wheel supplier is just one of the many areas in which we lack. This is a very long term project, so any thoughts would help

I have a 2/3 scale 6 pounder barrel and two sets of wheel/axle. No time to put them together so if someone wants to make a nice offer on the whole mess I might listen.

What's the specks on the tube? Bore, weight,etc.

Scale -- 2/3 ; Bore -- 2 1/4 ; Length -- 43 1/2 ; Weight -- 250 ; Trunnion Diameter -- 2 3/4 Sizes are approximate
It has been fired with blanks, will take a three pound lead ball.
The other set of wheels are not pictured. A little older with wood hubs and axle

There is a wheel wright here local and he made the wheels for the last grasshopper we built. I can look up the name and address if you want to ship that far.
