Couple questions about DP68:

If 16 grains of 820 produces good results in a 30-30 with a 196 grain boolit, how much DP68 would I need to produce similar results? Would DP68 burn well at around 20 grains or does it need more pressure to burn consistently. I want to keep it around 1700 fps

Anyone care to guess what 23 grains of DP68 will do behind RCBS 30-180FN at 196 grains from a 24" 336? Please don't say go BANG... I won't be amused. :-D

AA lists DP68 as being loaded with AA2015 data. Inquire at their site please, as no one here seems to have anything.

I've burned approximately a fifth of a pound of DP-68 so far and it looks to be just about 3% faster than AA2015 (using RCBS 30-180-FN and my 30-30). So... if you guys are looking for 4198 in ball powder form...

4198 in Ball form is how I usually think of WC680. I'm very cautious with starting low and working up.
