Mine shoots very well with 375449 as cast and hollow pointed in your weight classification. Suggest you look up John Goines (Beagle) article "375 Ouch and Ouch". Very well documented and excellent load data. I like 4064 and 4895 for mine, and I use dac fill for all of my 375 loads. However, that is not a recommendation, only what I do. Good luck!

Almost forgot, don't fail to try Trail Boss for easy on the shoulder loads that work well and are accurate in my 375's.

BRP 378-275 GC is a shooter from my Savage Alaskan Guide 375 H&H. A two cavity with one hollow pointed and I'm able to work loads to do whatever I need. Currently, I'm using 61 grains of IMR 4064 and loving it. I had the Lyman 375449 and it shot well except I didn't like the multiple lube groove design nor the difference in weight between the cavities. The BRP mold had slightly better accuracy from my gun. There is nothing like seeing the release of beautiful, accurate boolits back into the wild as they take flight.

I shoot the RCBS 37-255 out of my .375 H&H, sized .376 and it gives sterling results at 2100 fps. Easy on the shoulder and just plain fun to shoot.
