Accurate Molds Pin Bullet ?

So besides being way to interesting for its own good, what is the expected use(s) for Tom's pin bullets? Yes I realize you can stick a gas check on it. I am just curious as to the applications of this design.

I've been a bowling pin shooting fanatic for many years, and now the guys at my range are requesting the ultimate pin bullet. Loaded with the shank forward it chambers easier for quick reloads. Loaded shank down gives maximum frontal diameter. And the gas check is useful in a 460 S&W.
